We exist to provide efficient financial assistance to all our members
Savings
Savings product is the basic product of UEW Co-operative Credit Union. Members and non members are encouraged to make regular savings for future use, for productive purposes and to access loans.
Loans
We have regular Loans, Commercial Loan and Hot Line Loan products. The regular loan is a general loan accessed by all members and recovered through payroll deductions, bank standing order, or direct payment over the counter. Our Commercial Loan is a short term loan contracted by a member to promote a private business and the Hot Line Loan is a short-term loan contracted by a member for a period of one month or up to three months upon negotiation. An amount not exceeding 50% of a member’s net salary.
Mobile Banking Services
UEW Credit Union has employed a number of mobile bankers who go to members daily to collect savings, loan repayment, and susu on behalf of members. The Credit Union operates MTN mobile money transactions.
